Iron Peak Mountain Forest Park is located in northern Wanzhou District of Chongqing. The park has superior location and convenient transportation (Yangtze River, the railway and the airport highway). It is about 15 kilometers away from the urban area of Wanzhou District and it is a suburban forest park. Iron Peak Mountain Forest Park covers an area of 9,100 hectares, the forest coverage rate reaches 95%. The dense forest, rich animal and plant resources make the park a treasury of animals and plants.

The man-made forest mainly consist of mason pine, fir and metasequoia is luxuriantly green, and the deciduous broadleaved forest well-proportioned distribution as well as the seasonal change of forest color.     The main natural attractions are: Qian Feng Song Cui, Sunrise of Chaotianmen, Clouds Plain of Phoenix Range, Tian Gu Yin Feng etc. Iron Peak Mountain Forest Park has long history and colorful landscape.
