It is about 12km away from the northeastern of Ancient City. It is said that the Wuyue Kingdom sent Mei Shizhong and Li Kaishan waited here, so it was named after the names of two generals. In the north Song Dyansty, it was a town. From the south Song Dyansty, it was one of inland business gathering places.

Jusha Tower: It was built in Song Dyansty. Meili Town was located in the riverside at that tiem, so it often suffered flood that endangered the people's life and property safety. Local businessmen depend on the "homes;" but "product rich" the name of the fundraising build towers to launch the town. The general public has a positive response, many a little makes a mickle, so it is named as "gathers sand rich pagodas".

In 1997, Jusha Tower was recovered by major repair and the Jusha Park was built near the tower. There was a monument in the park, and it became a culural tour center of Meili Town.
