It was originally built by Qian Ji who was censor of Ming Dynasty, but the original pavilion had went away. In eighties, a new two-floor pavilion was rebuilt. Now there is Qian Ji's couplets on pallar in the hall. The tablets in up and down pavilion ara written by Jiang Weiqing and Liu Lin.
