Feng Ban(1602-1671),one of the representative poet of Yushan Branch of early Qing Dynasty "poetry" was one of Qian Qianyi's disciples.His theory was against YanYu "wonderful mindfulness".He enlightened that "the function of poetry is to express one's feelings" and his poems are tender and gentle with Bi beauty and hidden words together with the style of grace and restraint.
