You River is the second branch of Zi River in the county. It is famous for its clean water. Located in the east bank of Zi River of 67km and the rainwater-collecting area of 719 square kilometers. Because the abandant water and large fall, now the upstream is built a Chetianjiang Reservoir and its auxiliary project. Now it solves the problem of agriculture irrigation of six towns in Xinhua County. And in the middle, there is built five cascade plants.

Youxi River is quiet and deep. Its source and exit are hills, the upstream and downstream are the gorges. The flat shoal is gorge but the dangerous shoal is deep gorge. There are green mountaisn and all sizes of cliff on the both sides.
