This hotel has been selected many times for business trip, with good geographical location, convenient transportation and close to the office. However, I didn't feel very good about this check-in. First, I told the hotel that the air conditioner had stopped when I went through the formalities. It was already more than 4 p.m. at that time. Then, the room I booked included breakfast, but there was no breakfast before 9:30 the next day. There was only some salad left. I didn't even have a bowl of hot porridge. I also received breakfast vouchers. The tenants who came back didn't eat breakfast, The actual breakfast time is up to 10:00. I feel very bad.
