The most unprofessional service I've ever seen. Several people didn't know when they asked. The WiFi in the room couldn't be used. They told the front desk n times and no one came to repair it. When I checked out, I told that I couldn't issue an invoice and said that I was changing the legal person. It seems that it is a transitional period at present. I hope they can be formal and professional in the future.
