The woman manager said: there are no rooms today. The tour groups are full. Who are you fooling? I checked on the Internet. There are still many vacant rooms to book. Later, at 1:30 in the morning, I still couldn't sleep because of the noise. I had no choice but to call the front desk again. A young man at the front desk was good and helped me change a room. I often go on business and live outside. It's the first time I encounter such a service attitude. Even if the room is not good, I also encounter such an irresponsible manager who has the courage to shirk responsibility. It's speechless!!!
