The hotel environment is very good. It's a good place for vacation! The only unpleasant thing is that the front desk service personnel are not humanized enough. They have explained that the missing ID card will be delivered later in the afternoon (our party will come in two batches), but they still go through the formalities and refuse to give the room card.
