I have lived in the worst four-star hotel in Jinan. The business king bed is a combination of two single beds. I didn't explain in advance that I slept in a small bed. At night, the hotel has been without water, can't wash, can't flush the toilet, and the hotel doesn't have standby water storage facilities. The air conditioner is basically waste, noisy, cold and windless, and didn't sleep all night. Business, tourism and taking old people and children to stay are not recommended. The hotel didn't explain such a bad situation from beginning to end. I'm very dissatisfied with it
