I booked a room for two days. When I came back from a day out, I couldn't open the door. After a rest, I found that all my clothes and toiletries were missing, and there was no herbal tea in the fridge. Facial cleanser was thrown away, towels were used as rags, clothes were thrown into the warehouse, and herbal tea was drunk. It's really speechless. I called and said I was making trouble, and the manager didn't take the initiative to explain the service of this hotel. I never give bad comments. I really can't stand the service of their family.

Not easy to find,no signs and different name on the door,luckily the telephon number was the right one.Its not a real hotel,but apartments in a big building rented on a daily basis.The reception is ugly and dirty and we wanted to go away even because the two attendants looked really not welcoming but it was Too late.The room is a nice surprise,clean and quite big.Location is great if your points of interest are near the IFC.No breakfast available but there is a 'Subway'just outside the main door
