Located in the Large Dragon Waterfall Scenic Area. It is also called Shicheng Mountain. The back of the mountain shows a concave shape, and it looks like a saddle. It is the demarcation mountain between East Gorge and West Gorge. It is also a gallery geting to Large Dragon Waterfall from Lingyan Rock Scenic Area.

In 1990, it is cut a tunnel of more than 300m under the Saddle Mountain. The tunnel is connected the road of Lingyan Rock and Large Dragon Waterfall. On one hand, it is convenience to the visitors, and on the other hand, it makes the visitors lose the opportuniry to get up the mountain and view.
