In 2012, am 60-jährigen Bestehen der Gründung des Mingyuan Hotel, wurde der Ort, an dem Mao Zedong damals übernachtet, in einen Ausstellungsraum 'Nanning Conference' verwandelt.Zur Zeit zeigt die Halle des Gebäudes 5 in Mingyuan das dreireihige Auto der roten Flagge CA770, bekannt als Dahongqi.Der Ausstellungsraum zeigt auch das von berühmten Guangxi-Kalligraphen und Malern Zhou Zhilong und Liu Yizhi und dem zeitgenössischen Kalligraphen von Mao Zedong s Gedicht 'Sixteen Ling' von Wang Xuezhongs Kalligraphie.
