Fair quality for its price. Staff was very helpful for a foreigner that doesn't speak chinese. The building itself is a great piece of architecture. Finally, there are some restaurants right nearby the entrance, one of them is 24/7. FamilyMart and 7Eleven are also available, location is pretty much convenient. You can experience slow Internet in the evening time, that's the only one bad thing about that place.
