Es wurde in 1997 mit einer Gesamtfläche von 6344 Quadratmetern gebaut.Das Hotel verfügt über alle Arten von modischen Zimmern mit Klimaanlage, unabhängigem Bad, Kabel-TV und 24-Stunden-Warmwasserversorgung. Die Einrichtungen sind komplett und die Umgebung ist warm.
Auf der ersten und zweiten Etage des Hotels gibt es zwei chinesische Restaurants, die 200-Personen zur gleichen Zeit beherbergen können und sieben RTV-Zimmer mit verschiedenen Stilen.
