The table on the ground floor of the villa room was full of leftover lunch boxes, and the originally high-grade atmosphere was suddenly destroyed. The air conditioner in my room was broken because I stayed in too late and didn't ask someone to repair it. I slept all night. The shower room couldn't pull down the shower curtain. Although it was still separated by half a piece of glass, the water still leaked out. There was a set of tea set in the room. It was very considerate. There were two bags of tea in the tea pot. There was no charge. I drank them all. When I checked out the next day, I was asked to pay 116 yuan for tea. It was said that there was a place to write it. I remembered that there was a meter in the other corner of the room, but I didn't look at the details. There was a strong feeling of being trapped. I booked two rooms and used tea. I was blackmailed for 232 yuan in total. If there was a charge on the tea can, I would never drink it. Breakfast was ok, with a little less variety. I had to fry eggs at 8:30. I said the stove was out and I couldn't make it, but I heard yesterday that breakfast was served until 9:30. There is no coffee. The waiter told me that some are also instant. In short, the details of the hotel service have shortcomings. As long as you pay attention to these details, you can be at the five-star level, but these details are very important. If you don't do well, others will say that the four-star is not as good as the four-star.
