According to the unique pattern of one seal in Kunming, the building is built into a two-story courtyard with three rooms and one screen wall. After liberation, Xu's house was used as a dormitory, gradually changing its old appearance with the passage of time. In 2018, Kunming Yingque Cultural Development Co., Ltd. hired a well-known designer from Taiwan to renovate Xu's courtyard into a 12 room Boutique Hotel, which has become a quiet and peaceful place hidden in the downtown. Time has polished its incomparable beauty. In order to better present the concept of the perfect combination of the original architectural style and modern lifestyle, and build an unforgettable space scene for the guests. Comfortable temperature, brilliant sunshine, Yunnan flowers and cordial human feelings form the basis of this scene. In design, we use several consecutive reversals to 'impress' the occupants. First of all, the background is that the modern block of Kunming turns into the old Shiban street, and the facade of the old street turns into the modern minimalist boundless waterscape; The old architectural style of 'three squares and one screen wall' has become a private suite with big balcony through the reversal of moving line; The facade of the old-fashioned carved wooden window is added with laser cut punched steel plate, which turns into several luminous bodies at night; The rooms with antique charm are equipped with advanced equipment, modern elements and elegance blend with each other, fully meeting the comfort of guests; The most difficult part of the toilet in the wooden building is the design of a complete dry wet separation and garden bubble pool.
