Very poor. I live on the 13th floor. I catch the subway to the airport in the morning. The time is tight. I check out at 6:40 in the morning. I call the front desk first and ask for a quick ward round. When I get to the first floor, I see the only front desk and say: wait a minute, I'll go to the ward round! I said and hurried away. Is there no attendant in the guest room? The man said, after work, I will soon! I waited for five minutes! A hotel has only one front desk. I have to go to the ward round. It's really hard!
