The worst experience is that the toilet is blocked. I can't flush down after going to the toilet for half a day, the sheets are not replaced in time, and I don't respond to requests. I don't even have two bottles of mineral water in each room. It's a terrible experience. I won't live next time. The house price is more expensive than their membership card.
