The hotel is newly opened. It is located in the suburb of Guangzhou. There is a business city under repair around it, so the environment is dirty and messy. Moreover, the service awareness of the hotel staff needs to be greatly strengthened. I extended my room and told several cleaners that I didn't clean my room from morning to afternoon. When I checked out, the three front desk ladies just chatted with each other and discussed the deduction of performance. I checked out alone for more than ten minutes. When I was angry, I reluctantly accelerated the processing speed. In this way, I haven't stopped chatting, and I'm sure it doesn't matter. I would never have booked this hotel if it hadn't been for the meeting here.
