Ltxmw is located in Gulangyu, a garden on the sea. It is located on Longtou Road, Siming District. Downstairs is a street of Gulangyu special snacks. There are famous Longtou 179 malasan juice shop, 183 Longtou fish ball shop, 189 Longtou oyster fried and family style seafood stalls.

The original name of the hotel is Yingge building. There is a Nazi German flying eagle on the outside wall of the building. It was destroyed by the red guards during the cultural revolution in 1967. It is a three room red brick building with a broad roof.
