I have problem when check-in. They didn't even have any confirmation for my booking which I have been done since 3 months ago. There is no any English speaking staff. The staff itself are good and nice and trying hard to solve my problem. My room-access card is reset everyday so I need to visit the reception desk to get my card back to working, everyday until I check out, very annoying. They have problem with the air-conditioner, hot. They have problem with the closet. I have changed my room because of that and still have the same problem, but I can fix it myself. Location is really far far far away from the central city but close enough to the airport.
