Hongcunqingyiwei Hostel is located in the South Lake of Hongcun, which was built in the Northern Song Dynasty and has a history of nearly a thousand years. It is a place where the Wang family lived together. There are hundreds of ancient dwellings in the village. Among them, chengzhitang is the most perfectly protected ancient dwellings in Yi county. The wood carvings on the main hall beams, brackets, flower doors and window lattice are of fine workmanship, complex levels, numerous figures, different faces and different spirits. They can be called the best wood carvings of the 'four carving' art of Hui school. Hongcun is located in Jilian Town, 11 kilometers northwest of Yi county. Hongcun is the most representative of many unique Hui style residential villages in southern Anhui. From the overall appearance, Hongcun is a unique ox shaped ancient village in the ancient peach garden. It has both the wild scenery of mountains and forests and the style of water village. It is known as the 'village in Chinese painting'. Every household in the village is connected by a water channel. The gurgling spring flows through each household. The courtyard is stacked on the first floor, reflecting the scenery of the lake and the mountains. The leisurely feeling is so strong that people are intoxicated.
