The laundry shirts were washed out, so when they were sent back, the room service attached a note saying that all the laundry expenses would be offset as compensation. However, when checking out, as expected, there was no record at the front desk. Spent a long time at the front desk and backstage. I don't know if it's room service's mentality of taking one step at a time? Or is it just a real omission, people don't know. I hope the communication of hotel content can be strengthened
