Xianggelila Hotel is located in Xihai Town, the capital of Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. It is located at the source of Huangshui River and the Jinyintan grassland in Haiyan basin. It was the first nuclear weapon research and development base in China.
