Mogan Huangya: it's another year's tea picking season, and the villagers of Mogan mountain are also busy in their own tea farms, picking the first batch of morning tea this year. Mogan Huangya is the most famous one here. As early as when Buddhism was popular in Jin Dynasty, monks went to Mogan nunnery to plant tea. The requirements for picking tea are strict. It is called bud tea before and after Qingming, Meijian tea in early summer, Qiubai tea in July and August, and Xiaochun tea in October. Spring tea can be divided into bud tea, Maojian tea, Mingqian tea and Yuqian tea, among which bud tea is the most delicate, picking one bud and one or two leaves between Qingming and Guyu. After picking, grading and spreading the buds and leaves, and then killing the green, gently kneading, slightly piling, frying the second green, baking and drying, sieving and other traditional processes, the finished product has complete buds and leaves, good cleanliness, compact and thin shape, like lotus heart, plump and hairy buds and leaves, yellow and tender color, bright orange color, fresh aroma and mellow taste.
