The hotel environment is OK. It's a 15 minute walk from Guanqian Street, but the service is too poor. We originally booked a big bed room, but when we arrived at night, we told us that we didn't have it. We had to change to a standard room, and the waiter also gave you a look that you couldn't live with. It's such a frustrating experience when we first arrived in Suzhou.
